Beau Houde was Superintendant for A. Vernon Allen for this beautiful custom home. He managed every aspect of construction and acted as liaison between the home owner, architect and the construction teams.

Over the course of construction, the homeowner often told me how much he appreciated my work. Upon completion of the home, he spontaneously gave me a reference letter and recommended my employer give me a letter as well.
The reference letter includes:
"Beau... had general oversight responsibility for employees of AVA who were assigned to the project and for all of the subcontractors who performed work on our home. His responsibility was augmented by the fact that we reside primarily in Atlanta, Georgia, so he was required to act as our agent during our prolonged absences and to communicate with us for purposes of information dissemination and decision-making.
